Joining a new gym can be intimidating. Whether you have taken a long break, or are new to exercise all together, it can be difficult to find out where to start.
Saturday, February 2nd at 1:00 pm, Echelon Health & Fitness will be hosting a Beginner Workshop. The goal of this event is to get our members off to the right start on their fitness journey. We also hope to help new members feel at home here at Echelon.
Participants will learn the basic skills that will help them to become successful in the gym. From equipment use, to fitness tips, they will come away feeling ready to take on your New Year goals.
